Your fund in order, your investments in view
For VC funds, angel funds, family offices and investment holdings. We run your fund’s administration and give you a dashboard of all your investments: how much you’ve invested, which loans are outstanding and what the latest valuations are. For your whole portfolio and for each investment.

Know what your fund
is worth
- Investments are scattered across spreadsheets and folders
- Interest on loans is tracked by hand
- An up-to-date view of capital and valuations takes a day to pull together
- The fund’s annual accounts are a project every single year
- Every investment in one place, in your fund’s books
- Interest and repayments are tracked as they happen
- Capital, loans and valuations are always in your dashboard
- The annual accounts come straight out of the books
Your fund’s administration
We process everything that happens in your fund: investments, costs, management fees, interest and bank transactions. Updated every day, whether your fund is a BV, a limited partnership or a cooperative.
For each limited partner we track what’s been committed, paid in and still callable. For every capital call or distribution, we work out who pays or receives what.
For each investment we track what you’ve put in: shares, loans and convertible loans, with interest, repayments, conversions and exits. So the full history is on record.
We record the latest valuation of every investment, with the date and what it’s based on, such as a new funding round. So you always see how your capital is developing.
A quarterly report for your limited partners: where the fund stands, each partner’s capital account and the returns so far.
We prepare your fund’s annual accounts, file them with the Chamber of Commerce and take care of the tax returns. If the accounts need an audit, everything is ready for your auditor.
Your whole portfolio
in one dashboard
You see the total for your fund, and you can click through to each investment.
What you’ve put into each investment, including follow-on rounds, and the total for your fund.
For each loan the principal, accrued interest, repayments and term. And what’s outstanding in total.
The current value of every investment, with the date and basis of the valuation, next to what you put in.
How many times you’ve got your capital back or what it’s worth now, and the annual return: TVPI, DPI, MOIC and IRR, for the fund and for each investment.
Every quarter we collect the key numbers from your portfolio companies, with a standard request and reminders. So they sit side by side, in the same format.
The dashboard comes straight from your fund’s books, which we update every day. No overview that’s already weeks old.
A fixed price, worked out together
In an intake we work out together what your fund needs: the number of investments, limited partners and entities. Then you get a fixed monthly price, so you know where you stand up front.
Book an intake →Does one of your portfolio companies do its bookkeeping with us? Then, with the founder’s consent, you also see that company’s current numbers in your dashboard, at no extra cost.
See the packages for startups →Prices exclude VAT.
Switched over in three steps
Intake
We go through your fund’s structure, your investments and what you want to see in your dashboard, and work out your fixed price together.
Handover
We take over the administration from your current provider or from your own files, and record every investment with its history.
Always in view
Your dashboard stays up to date, and your fund’s annual accounts and tax returns are ready on time.
We know the
investor’s side
Through his investment and advisory firm No Five Trees, Boele guides startups through funding rounds and acquisitions. So we know which numbers a fund needs: for the investment committee, for your limited partners and for the annual accounts.
- The same people, who know your fund and your investments
- Portfolio companies decide for themselves what they share with you
- We process the data in line with the GDPR

Frequently asked questions
Who is this for?
For VC funds, angel funds, family offices and investment holdings: anyone who invests in several companies through an entity of their own.
What does fund administration cover?
Your fund’s bookkeeping, capital calls and distributions for each limited partner, recording all your investments with interest, repayments, conversions and valuations, the quarterly report to your limited partners, the annual accounts and their filing with the Chamber of Commerce, and the tax returns.
What do I see in the dashboard?
For each investment and for your whole portfolio: what you’ve invested, which loans are outstanding with accrued interest, the latest valuations next to your capital, the returns and the key numbers of your portfolio companies.
Who decides the valuations?
You do, or your fund manager. We record every valuation with its date and rationale, such as the price in the latest funding round. So you always see what a value is based on.
What does it cost?
Fund administration with the dashboard starts at €250 per month, excluding VAT. In an intake we work out together what your fund needs: the number of investments, limited partners and entities. Then you get a fixed monthly price.
Can you take over the administration from our current provider?
Yes. We take over the administration from your current administrator or from your own files, and record every investment with its full history.
Are the fund’s annual accounts audited?
If your fund requires an audit, or your limited partners ask for one, you engage an audit firm for it. We make sure the books and annual accounts are ready so they can get straight to work.
Do you handle compliance?
No. We don’t do client due diligence, regulatory filings or other compliance work. You use your own provider for that, and we supply the numbers it needs.
Do I also see my portfolio companies’ numbers?
Yes. Every quarter we collect the key numbers from your portfolio companies. If a portfolio company does its bookkeeping with us, then with the founder’s consent you even see its current numbers, at no extra cost. The founder decides what’s shared.
