Odoo for SMEs, up and running
Odoo brings accounting, invoicing, CRM, inventory and projects together in one platform. We set it up around your processes, connect your bank and other systems, train your team and then do your bookkeeping in it. One partner for both your system and your numbers.

Modules you switch on
when you need them
Odoo is open-source business software: separate apps that work together in a single database. You pay per user, not per module. Because everything is connected, nothing gets entered twice: a quote becomes an order, the order becomes an invoice, and that invoice lands straight in your books.
Accounting
General ledger, bank, VAT and reports. Kept up to date by us every day.
Our specialtyInvoicing
Quotes become orders, orders become invoices. Automatic payment reminders.
CRM
Leads, pipeline and follow-up in one place, linked to your sales.
Sales & purchasing
Orders, suppliers and margins, with no double entry.
Inventory
Real-time stock, locations and reordering, linked to sales and purchasing.
Projects & timesheets
Tasks, planning and time tracking, ready to invoice.
HR
Employees, leave and expense claims in the same system.
E-commerce & POS
Sell online and in-store from the same stock and the same books.

- You have 5 to 100 employees
- Your processes still change every month
- You can’t make time for the intake and training
- You need software built specifically for your industry
Odoo implementation by Matching Numbers
Odoo implementation for SMEs, tailored to your processes. From intake to go-live, including data migration and training.
One fixed price for the whole implementation, agreed upfront. A clearly defined scope, no surprises later. Standard Odoo wherever possible.
A small team that sets up Odoo and then does your bookkeeping in it every day. You always talk to the same people.
Live in four phases
Intake
We map out your processes and current systems and agree the scope with you.
- Process review
- Choosing the modules
Setup
We configure Odoo around the way you work, set up integrations and migrate your data.
- General ledger, VAT and invoicing
- Bank and system integrations
- Migrating customers, products and historical data
Training
Your team learns Odoo through your own processes, not a generic course.
- Role-based training
- How-to guides
- Test runs with real data
Go-live & support
You go live one process at a time. We stay on hand and do the bookkeeping in Odoo.
- Guided go-live
- Support after go-live
- Daily bookkeeping
It doesn’t end
at go-live
Most Odoo partners hand over a system and move on to the next project. We’re bookkeepers first and foremost. After the implementation, we do your bookkeeping in Odoo, updated every day, for a fixed monthly price. That keeps your setup in good shape, and Odoo always shows your latest numbers.
- Bookkeeping, VAT and corporate income tax returns in Odoo
- Year-end close and reports straight from your own system
- Monthly price in line with our standard packages

Frequently asked questions about Odoo
What does an Odoo implementation cost?
That depends on the modules, integrations, how much data needs to move and how much customisation is needed. A setup with accounting, invoicing and CRM is a different job from inventory and manufacturing with an e-commerce integration. After the intake you get one fixed price for the whole implementation, which holds as long as the scope doesn’t change.
How long does it take?
A standard setup with accounting, invoicing and CRM is usually live within six to eight weeks. Add inventory, projects or several integrations and it can take three to four months. We go live one process at a time, so you don’t have to wait until everything is finished.
Community or Enterprise?
Odoo has a free Community edition and a paid Enterprise edition with more modules, mobile apps and hosting by Odoo. For most SMEs we recommend Enterprise: you pay the licence per user directly to Odoo, and you get updates and support from Odoo itself.
Where does Odoo run?
In Odoo’s own cloud (Odoo Online or Odoo.sh) or on your own server. For SMEs, Odoo Online is almost always the best choice: nothing to maintain, plus automatic updates and backups.
Can you migrate our data?
Yes. We bring over customers, suppliers, products, open items and history from your current software or spreadsheets. We agree upfront which history to bring across and what to close off in the old system.
Does Odoo connect to my bank?
Yes. Dutch banks connect through a bank feed, so transactions come in and are reconciled automatically. Payment providers such as Mollie and e-commerce platforms can be connected too.
Do you build custom features?
As little as possible. We set up Odoo with the standard features first, because those keep working through updates. If a process really doesn’t fit, we build a small extension and document what it does.
